RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Not the right fit? Went overboard with your retail therapy?

At Madelynnes, we take pride in delivering quality products to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your items. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or missing tags, and packaging must be intact.

Important Considerations:

    •    Restocking Fee: A non-refundable restocking fee of $6 per item will be applied to all returns.
    •    Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs or duties charges. Please ensure you send the return package as DDP (Delivery Duties Paid).
    •    No Refund on Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    •    Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
    •    Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for a refund.
    •    Late Returns: Any returns shipped beyond 14 days of receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Return Process:

    1.    Contact us at support@madelynnes.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
    2.    You will receive instructions and a return form from our support team. The return form must be included in the package.
    3.    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ensure it is shipped with DDP to avoid customs delays.

Exchanges:

We are happy to offer exchanges for items in their original condition, subject to availability. However, all exchange shipping fees must be covered by the customer.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us at support@madelynnes.com. A cancellation fee of 5% of the total order value will apply.

Please understand that returns and exchanges require time and resources. We encourage you to carefully review your purchases before finalizing the order to minimize the need for returns.
